Kian Maronde is an Associate Director Investments at Marcus & Millichap in the firm’s Encino office and a member of the Tuvia Group, specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout Los Angeles and Pasadena. His primary focus includes Northeast Los Angeles, East Los Angeles, and Pasadena, where he advises private investors on the acquisition and disposition of $1M–$10M apartment properties.
Since launching his brokerage career in 2019, Kian has completed 60 multifamily transactions totaling more than $170 million in sales volume, consistently ranking among the top 1% of agents in Los Angeles County. Known for his deep understanding of neighborhood-level apartment markets, he provides clients with data-driven guidance on valuation, investment strategy, and market timing.
Kian began his career at Marcus & Millichap after graduating from the University of Southern California with a degree in Real Estate Finance. He was accepted into the firm’s highly selective Sales Internship Program (SIP), a program reserved for roughly 5% of applicants, and quickly distinguished himself by earning the Pace Setter Award early in his career. He has since received multiple recognitions including Most Improved Agent and the Outperformed Market & Peers Award, and his transactions have been covered in industry publications including the Los Angeles Business Journal for the sale of a $7 million Los Angeles apartment portfolio.
